Description
The 5.1 models are based on the proven 1:10XL 5 models, but have received some additional parts and modifications. The models are now equipped with a center differential. This distributes the power perfectly between the two axles. Aluminum front axle support provides greater chassis rigidity. A dual-speed throttle function is now possible using the 3-channel RACE X3 remote control. A switch can be used to select 100, 75 or 50% maximum power. The metal chassis, XL oil shock absorbers with aluminum parts, aluminum steering tips, steel CVD gimbals and ball bearings naturally remain standard features of the 1:10XL models in version 5.1. The TW-1 BR 5.1 is powered by a powerful 550 brushless motor, the brand new, high-quality DF Models DF-1060 with 60 amp output and a 7.2 volt NiMH battery, allowing the model to accelerate to approx. 40 km/h. DF-1000D 10 kg steering servo with XXL metal gears provides sufficient power in any situation.
